Jesus said, “I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven” (Matthew 18:19 Amp).
He also said, “wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I Am in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20 Amp).
There is compounding effect in the spirit realm when more than one believer in Jesus come together on a matter. In the Garden of Eden, God saw that Adam’s commission was too much for one, so He put two together. The issues, challenges, callings, activities, etc. that you face in the Kingdom is too much for just you. If you can handle everything on your own, you don’t have a large enough vision.
Today, whatever you are going through, find someone to pray with and for you, agree together in prayer. Call someone today and pray for him/her. Agree with someone in prayer about some matter in his/her life.
If you want fresh encounters with the Glory and Presence of God, find someone to “agree with you in prayer.” Get a prayer partner, and join together in the Name of Jesus, and declare God’s Word and Power, together, and watch the power that God releases when there are two (or more) coming together in His Name.
